The Solicitors and Local Authority tab is simply for assigning the relevant contacts:
- The relevant contact records will display as above.
- To assign a contact, click ‘+’.
- Set the filter to show any contacts already listed.
- If you have the contact setup already you can just assign them by selecting them from the list. Once a contact is assigned their name will display with the contact and correspondence details.
- If you don’t have the contact’s details you need to use the new contact option.

- Enter the details of your new contact ensuring you change the contact type to suit.
- ‘Save’ will add the contact to the record and store the contact details for future use.
