Charges Tab

The Charges tab documents all charges relating to the property. This includes commissions, advertising etc.

1. The grid will show all current charges, in date order.
2. To add a new charge, click the ‘Add a New Charge’ option.
3. Specify the date, description, and amount.
4. You can see a summary of totals at the bottom.
5. Save
