Saleboard Status

This is where you setup the various saleboard options. You need to expand this list to include the various types of boards you use. For example, if involved in lettings you’ll probably want to add ‘To Let Board’, ‘Let Board’ etc.

We’d recommend not adding things like “special v board” or “commercial board”, nor actions such as “Board Needed”, “Re-fix Board”. In the end, you want to have an easy way of listing properties with or without boards. Too many choices will complicate things. Add specific board type instructions in the notes – this is explained in the Boards section of the manual.

1. Select Saleboard Status.
2. Edit any existing saleboard status options.
3. Add 'New Essentials'.
4. Enter the new board status.
5. SAVE

The saleboard status will show on the details page tab of the property form.
