Compliant Letters

Within Expert Agent you have the option of subscribing to a set of letters, notices and agreements supplied by The Letting Centre.

If you opt for these, they are presented in an extra page tab whenever you click on letters as below:

1. Select the Compliant Letters & Agreements page tab.
2. Select who you would like to send the correspondence to.
3. Expert Agent will always direct you to the most relevant template type, however change the type if needed.
4. Select the letter you wish to send by clicking on it from the list - it will open in Word and you can go on to work with it in the usual way.

You cannot edit Letting Centre's master letters, but you can clone them to create your own versions. Once cloned, your version to work with/edit will be on the ‘Our Letters’ page tab. If you are going to do this please note that modifying any text renders the Letting Centre's guarantee of compliance null and void.

The Letting Centre’s notices and agreements are £30 per month per branch and can be paid for alongside your Expert Agent subscription.
