Portal Applicant Import

Re-keying all those applicant enquiries from Rightmove and Zoopla is a thing of the past! We can collect your applicant enquiries from the two portals for you then import them directly into your Expert Agent account as applicants.  You still get emails for all new registrations, and a task gets set for whoever you have assigned to track the enquiries. Why not track new leads from Rightmove, Zoopla and your own website (if it uses Expert Agent powering) by using the quick link for New Website Registrations? This would allow anyone in the business to spot the new leads coming in and act on them, rather than relying on the individual the task has been set for. 

Rest assured we don’t do anything with them other than pass them on to the agent they are aimed at.

To configure the Portal Applicant Import option go to Tools -> Configuration -> Applicant Configuration:

1. Select the 'Portal Applicant Import' option.
2. Tick ‘Enable Rightmove Applicant Import’ and 'Enable Zoopla Applicant Import'.
3. Select a negotiator per department who you’d like the tasks to be set for when new enquiries are imported. The applicant will go into their name but be accessible to everybody from the applicant grid.
4. Save.
