Template Defaults

This option allows you to choose which template formats you will be using so as not to have unwanted formats displaying in the list.

You are able to choose between the 2 format options – those being Word and HTML.  We highly recommend you stick to Word as Word gives you far more flexibility and is the easiest format to use.

1. The first section relates to your standard letter & report templates.  As said previously we advise you stick to using Word so ensure you have a tick in the “Word” box.  If you will be creating reports such as Property Presentation Lists / Internal Property Reports etc. you will need to ensure you have the “HTML” box selected as the Expert Agent reports are created using HTML. 
2. The second section relates to your brochure templates.  Depending on which format you choose to use, untick the remaining boxes.
