Events Tab

This page tab stores all of the log history for a record – matches, letters and emails sent, changes made to the record, appointments, and so on.  EA is OFT compliant which means everything you do within the system is recorded and the record cannot be changed or deleted, only added to if necessary.

1. All events are listed in date order. You can click into each log event if necessary to see the full details, make more notes, re-print or email a letter, and so on.
2. You can filter on ‘Event Type’ should you be looking to bring up certain events, such as just match events or viewing events.
3. You have the capability to create a report showing your selection of log records if needed, as well as to add a new item to the list using the ‘New Event’ button.
