You have to be a super user in order to be able to check which staff are logged in to Expert Agent.
Super users will get a 'Current Users' option in their Tools menu:
Â
Â
Clicking on this will show you the branch, names of staff who have logged in and the time at which they logged in:
Â
Â
If appropriate, there is a button to end a user's session. They would lose any unsaved changes, so it is best to check they definitely aren't using Expert Agent before doing this.
There is an edit button next to tenants where they are listed on the 'Tenants' tab of a tenancy record. This allows you to edit the payment reference, rent and deposit amounts, next rent due date and rent period only. If the reason you want to edit a tenant is because they are leaving a shared tenancy mid-term, then this isn't possible - see the What do I do if a tenant in a shared tenancy gives notice and moves out? FAQ for information on this.
A tenancy reservation is cancelled using the right click menu in a tenancy record:
Â
Â
Simply hover over 'Change Status' and select 'Cancel Tenancy Reservation'. The following window will open:
Â
Â
You can change the property status, start marketing the property and mark the applicants as active from here if you wish.
You can assign properties, applicants, landlords, tenancies and contacts to appointments in the diary as and when relevant to. The way you attach each type of record is the same, so we'll use a property example here but the same rules can be applied to attaching any record.
Â
In your appointment form, click the plus symbol next to the relevant heading:
Â
Â
This opens a form from which you can attach a recently viewed record (1), search for an existing record (2) or create a new record (3).
Â
Â
If you assign a recently viewed record or an existing record, all you will need to do is click on the record and it will take you back to the appointment with it now assigned. If you create a new record, the system will take you through the relevant wizard and then return you to the screen with the record assigned.
