When Will the Compliant Letters and Agreements Be Updated?

The Compliant Letters have now been updated for 2026.

Please refer to the "LC - Schedule Of Changes 2026 - phase 1" and the "LC - Schedule Of Changes 2026 - phase 2" documents in your compliant letters tab for full details of the changes.

These updates include a full refresh of the forms and letters, the Guarantor Agreements and the Example Agency Agreement in line with the RRA 2025.

PLEASE NOTE You will still have access to the current A02 & A03 agreements until the end of April for use with any tenancies starting before the 1st May.  You will also see you now have access to copies of the A02 & A03 agreements that are to be used for tenancies starting from the 1st May.
