It may take a few minutes to feed the updated property through to Rightmove. If this happens, or if there is a longer delay, you can force a re-send by adding a single space to the Advert Header field, saving the record, removing the space and saving the record again. The property will then be displayed instantly on Rightmove.
If a property fails to upload on Rightmove Live in the future, you can hover over the word 'Failed' in the Portals tab to see the reason for the failure. This will either give a plain text reason (for example, Missing Town), or an error code which we will be able to use to diagnose the issue.
