You can delete the Vendor information from a Property Record and the Property Grid. The Property will still stay in the system but the Vendor's personal data will be anonymised. Â

There is no consent option for this. Expert Agent will pass Tenant details to Contractors, Suppliers and Landlords where necessary for contractual reasons.   Â

When adding a new potential applicant who has requested a one off Property Match, it is best to do this from the Property Record. Â

On the Property Record -> Right Click -> Matching -> Match Processor:Â

On the Match Processor -> Right Click and select Add Applicant:Â

On the "Select an Applicant" screen, click on the New Applicant button at the bottom:Â

If you have asked the Applicant at this point if they would like to be registered then fill in as much information as you wish on the Applicant wizard. Note below we have unticked Send Welcome Email. Click on "Applicant Preferences".Â
