We don't currently have the functionality to allow you to obtain witness signatures.  If you are preparing an AST using the Compliant Letters and Documents, a witness signature isn't legally required unless the tenancy is for a fixed term of more than three years and is created as a Deed.  

We cannot recommend that you use the eSigning functionality for issuing Section 21 and Section 8 notices.  There are specific legal requirements around the issuing of these notices and doing this electronically may not meet the legal requirements.
