This isn't required with a document that has been eSigned at the signed document cannot be edited but it is possible to enter the applicant eSignature block at the bottom of each page of your template if you wanted their signature to appear on each page. Â
We don't currently have the functionality to allow you to obtain witness signatures. If you are preparing an AST using the Compliant Letters and Documents, a witness signature isn't legally required unless the tenancy is for a fixed term of more than three years and is created as a Deed. Â
We cannot recommend that you use the eSigning functionality for issuing Section 21 and Section 8 notices. There are specific legal requirements around the issuing of these notices and doing this electronically may not meet the legal requirements. Â
