Current products include EPCs, Floorplans, Photos, Reference Checks, Virtual Tours and more.

Market Place’s benefits include:

• Save time – ordered directly from the property record
• Track your orders in Events
• The suppliers can bill you or bill the client
• If they bill the client, you can charge whatever you want – the suppliers will reimburse you – just specify the amount to charge when you order.
• The finished product (EPC, floorplan, photos etc) gets integrated straight into Expert Agent – no need to upload them yourselves.
• You get chance to rate each order on product quality, speed of delivery and service. These star ratings are displayed when you order.

The key benefit in the context of this course is the ability to charge your client what you choose for the product or service therefore allowing you to place a mark-up on products or services ordered.
