When adding new Records into EA (Applicant, Landlord, Vendors) you will be asked to confirm the Consents and to confirm the method.  

If selecting "No" on a particular Consent you still HAVE to add in a Consent Method due to regulations.  You have the option of Verbally, In Writing and Online for all the Consents.
