Management fees - fixed or percentage

How you process your management fees on Expert Agent is dependent on how you charge your landlords - do you charge a fixed amount or a percentage of the rent. 

If you charge a percentage fee then you are able to use the function on the Creating a Tenancy which will automatically charge a sales invoice to the landlord whenever a rent demand has funds allocated to it. 

If you charge a fixed fee then you can use the Recurring Invoices function.
