Introductory

This is a syllabus made up of 4 modules. Every member of staff should do this. If you are the boss, you should make sure that everyone does it – ask your account manager for the stats for your business.

There’s 2 ways of doing Introductory Training.

Live Online – You book yourself onto a course with the link below. At the appointed time, just sit in front of your PC with either a headset, or your telephone to dial a local number we’ll give you when you sign up.

Video Based Self Study Course – a video, course notes etc. just settle down in front of your PC with a coffee and watch the videos. Don’t get too comfy, though – there are quizzes at the end and the scores can get reported to your boss!
