Expert Agent's Introductory YouTube Training videos are all most members need.

If you've not tried them, why not have a go before you book expensive bespoke training? You'll be really impressed. We always quote the stats from a recent customer service survey - over 30% of those that went on to do a "live" session were sceptical of their merit beforehand but, of those, over 90% felt it was the best possible training afterwards. 

However, once you and your team have done Introductory Training and passed our little test, we can offer you chargeable configuration consultancy, workflow workshops and New User "Drop In Surgeries". Plus, if you really must have your own live online introductory training, we can accommodate that.  

 To give you some ideas of what Training can be used for please see below: 

Private Online Introductory Training

We'll schedule Introductory Training 1, 2, 3 and 4 online for you and your staff.  Usually in the afternoons spread over two days.  

Online Workflow Workshop and Post Migration Hand Holding

We do this the day before and the day you go live with Expert Agent.  You will need to have completed the Intro test as we will throw some scenario based training at your staff on the first day.  On the second day we will hand hold the staff through the going live phase.  

New User Online "Drop-In Surgery"

We can book these 1 hour online meeting courses at the same time every week during your Implementation stage of Expert Agent as a check in.  

Expert Agent "Tune-Ups"

These look at the way you use Expert Agent and can offer some directions on further Training.  Full details are in the Expert Agent Tune Up Consultancy section of the manual. 

Bespoke Training 

We will go through anything you need to.  Usually a day is enough but we will require, well in advance, a list of what you need to go through so we can work out how long you will need and the order that we will train.
