Unfortunately we do not provide a template ingratiation service, you are required to set these templates up yourself. If you are having difficulties setting your templates up you are able to book a one to one training session with a member of our training team, who will then be able to provide bespoke training for your templates.Â
Before a one to one training session can be booked, we do require you to sit our brochures training to ensure you do know the basic of creating a template. We do also expect you to pass the relevant quiz. If you are having difficulties and would like to book yourself a one to one session, you will need to contact the account managers on 01225 303500, option 2.

The Contacts grid is much the same as all others in the system. It has a Tooltip, Grid Section for searching, sorting, finding and reporting and an Action Menu.

The Contact Form
Once again the Contacts Form is much like any other within the system. It has the Tooltip, Form Tabs and Action Menu.

Click into the 'Maintenance' tab.

1. Click into the 'Events' Tab.
2. As with all events tabs in Expert Agent, you are able to see a record of all events on the contacts form. This includes any correspondence sent or any special notes or events added. You are able to sort and filter the events/ log entries as standard.
3. Report & New Event options allow you to either create a report on the selected records in the grid or add a new event/ note.

The Contact Form Action Menu
You are able to add a new contact when assigning a contact to a record or directly from the 'Contacts' option in the Top Menu.
We will look at both of these options.
Adding a Contact from the Top Menu
Hover over 'Contacts' in the Top Menu and select 'Add a New Contact'.
This will open the new form for your contact. Â There are 3 tabs to address - Details, Financial and Maintenance.

Adding a New Contact from a record
In addition to adding a new contact from the Contacts option in the Top Menu, you are also able to add a new contact from the record you wish to assign the new contact too. In this example we are going to add a new solicitor contact into the system via the Offer record.
