Live does not necessarily mean live. When we talk about your Live Data or Live Branch we are talking about your individual branches rather than the Training Account you were all initially logged in to.Â
Â
You can quickly find out which you are in by going to your Staff Profile. In the bottom you can see it says "Fine & Country South Africa TRAINING".Â
Â
Â
The Training Account is a safe place for you to practice in without potentially listing properties on your website or Property 24. You will remain in this account until you have done and passed the quiz, we will contact you before moving you into your live branch. Then you will start on your existing data entry, before going live on the Fine & Country website and Property 24 (plus all other portals).Â
Â
Once you are in your live data, the branch section of My Profile will say your actual office instead of TRAINING.Â
Â
Â
When Personalising your Staff Profile you will need to remember to set the Staff Image 1. This pulls through to Property 24 and is vital to ensure that your professional black and white work image is showing on your property listings.Â
Â
1) Hover over Tools in the top menu and select My Profile from the drop down.
Â
2) Click on the Change Images blue button at the bottom.Â
Â
3) On the pop up click Select on Image 1
4) Select your image from wherever it is saved on your Computer
5) Make sure it is in the File Name box and the press Open
6) Press the Save button.Â
Â
N.B. This is PUBLICLY visible, meaning it will pull through to Property 24, please make sure it is a professional image.Â
7) Press the Save button to completed the upload.Â

If you are trying to confirm a valuation on either a Rental or Sales property and it is not letting you past the Confirm Valuation Popup, this will be because you have failed to add in the Mandate fields on the Status Tab. Â
Â
First of all you will be notified by this popup:Â
Â
1) Press Ok. Â
2) Click on the "Status" tabÂ
Â
3) When filling in the date fields make sure that you click on the calendar icon to fill them in rather than typing the date directing into the box. Â
4) Select a Mandate Type from the drop down. Â
5) Press Save. Â
You will then be directed to the template popup, and you just follow the steps as normal. Â
Â
N.B. in the NUMERIC price field on the first page of Confirm a Valuation screen, please do NOT type anything other than numbers (E.G. no commas or currency symbols), this will cause it to error. Â
