The date for the 2025 update for the Compliant Letters and Agreements is dependant on the Renters' Rights Bill becoming law. There has at present, been no date set for this.

There is discussion in the industry that changes could come in between October and December, but there is nothing set in stone as of yet.

The Letting Centre are keeping a close eye on updates from the Government, and we will keep you updated.
