The date for the 2026 update for the Compliant Letters and Agreements is dependant on the Renters' Rights Act 2025.

We are at present, still waiting for the new Assured Periodic Tenancy Agreement to be issued.

The Letting Centre are keeping a close eye on updates from the Government, and we will keep you updated, but this should be on, or around the 2nd April to allow agents to issue the agreement ahead of time for those tenancy agreements starting from the 1st May 2026.
